CHAPTER TEN

VENICE

• The items are highlighted in the screenshot in the following colors:
  
  

  
  
  The lion wing pieces are in green.
  
  
  The mask pieces are in red.
  
  
  The pruning shear pieces are in dark blue.
  
  

  The magnifying glass pieces are in lavender.
  
  
  The oar pieces are in light blue.




• The blue gem is on the left side of the scene, on the wall.




• The pink gem is on the far left side, it is on the red building.




• Click on the hollow spot that is coming out of the pipe on the left side of the scene. Pick up the last piece of the mask that is inside.




• Click on the hollow spot that is on the gondola. Pick up the oar piece that is in the pop-up window.




• Give the lady in the left corner of the scene the mask from inventory. Pick up the wing piece that shows up above her head.




• Place the lion wings on the lion that is on the right side of the scene.




• Pick up the oar piece that shows up in the book that the lion is holding.




• Place the oar on the boat. The entrance is now open. Go through it to go to the next location.

ROOM IN VENICE

• The items are highlighted in the screenshot in the following colors:
  
  

  
  
  The knife pieces are in yellow.
  
  
  The key pieces are in red.
  
  
  The pendant pieces are in green.
  
  
  The window handle pieces are in lavender.
  
  
  The clock hand pieces are in dark blue.




• The dark blue gem is in the lower right side of the scene.




• The lavender gem is on the chandelier.




• Click on the hollow spot that is on the lower left side of the cabinet. Pick up a piece of the pendant that is inside the spot.




• Click on the cupboard door and it will open. Click on the pendant piece that appears inside the door.




• Place the window handle on the window. Click on the pendant piece that appears at the bottom of the window.




• Place the pendant on the box that is in the lower right side of the cupboard.




• Click on the box again to play a mini-game.

ARRANGE THE JEWELS

• Your goal here is to arrange the jewels inside the box without any of the pieces touching anything else.




• There are several ways to complete this puzzle.




• Move a piece around the inside of the shape and a piece will automatically lock into place as soon as it is in the correct spot.




• You can rotate the pieces by left-clicking on them.




• Please look at the screenshot for a sample solution.




• Pick up the key piece that shows up inside the box after the puzzle has been solved.

MAYAN

• The items are highlighted in the screenshot in the following colors:
  
  

  
  
  The dynamite pieces are in yellow.
  
  
  The fertilizer pieces are in dark blue.
  
  
  The sack pieces are in lavender.
  
  

  The hammer pieces are in green.
  
  
  The headdress jewel pieces are in red.




• The two red jewels are on the two red statues that are on the left side of the scene.




• The hollow spot on the left side of the scene contains a piece of the fertilizer; pick it up.




• The hollow spot on the right contains a piece of the empty sack.




• Place the empty sack on the pile of sand that is on the left side of the scene. The sack will go back into inventory full of sand.




• Place the headdress jewel on the large stone head on the left side of the scene. If you look at the head, its eyes will start moving.




• Place the hammer on the sheet metal that is on the left side of the scene.




• Place the sack with sand on the slab and it will turn into a mirror. Click on the last piece of dynamite that comes out of the head’s mouth.




• Place the dynamite on the stone slab in the lower right side of the scene.




• Put the magnifying glass on the dynamite to light it. The dynamite blows the entrance up. Go through the door.

MAYAN OBSERVATORY

• The items are highlighted in the screenshot in the following colors:
  
  

  
  
  The pieces of the tablet with a symbol are in green.
  
  
  The gutter pieces are in blue.
  
  
  The gem pieces are in red.
  
  

  The weight pieces are in lavender.
  
  
  The stone stair pieces are in yellow.




• The light blue gem is in the lower center of the scene.




• Place the tablet with symbol on the plaque that is on the right side of the wall. The tablet will move aside. You will see a stream of water appear behind the tablet.




• Go back to Venice for now.

VENICE

• Place the fertilizer on the plant that is in the lower right corner of the scene. The plants will bloom.




• Place the pruning shears on the red flower. The flower will go into your inventory.

ROOM IN VENICE

• Give the flower to the lady in the portrait on the left side of the scene.




• Click on the door of the grandfather clock. Place the weight inside of the clock.




• Pick up the last piece of the clock hand that appears inside the clock.




• Place the clock hand on the grandfather clock.




• Once the clock is fixed, the painting on the left side will move. Grab the last piece of the key that appears behind the painting.




• Place the key on the wall safe that is on the left side of the wall. Pick up the last piece of the knife that appears inside the safe once it is open.




• Go back to the Mayan Observatory.

MAYAN OBSERVATORY

• Place the knife on the vines that are on the back wall.




• Click on the stone monkey face that appears above the doorway, and a mini-game will open.

GEMS MINI-GAME

• The goal of this mini-game is to move all the gems into the spots that have the same color as them.




• Click on a gem and it will move to the next available space. The gray spot at the end of the page will not have a gem.




• Once the mini-game is over, pick up the last piece of the stone stair that appears on the top left side of the scene.

REPAIRING THE STEPS

• Place the stone stair on the steps that are behind the statue.




• Once the stairs are repaired, click on the hollow spot and pick up the last gutter piece that is in the pop-up window.




• Place the gutter next to the other gutter pieces; the water will start to flow through the gutter.




• Pick up the last gem piece that appears on the right side of the statue.




• Place the gem on the hand of the statue.




• Click on the red gem that appears in the wall, behind the statue.

FINAL SCENE – LOOK FOR GEMS

• This is almost the end of the game. If you haven’t collected all the gems, the game will prompt you to go back and pick them up.




• Look on the main map. Any flags that have a gem above them are locations in which you forgot to pick up a gem.




• You can use your hints to help you find the gems if you need to.

• You should be able to use your hint to help you find the missing gems. If the game is telling you that you are missing gems and you don’t see a gem on top of the locations on the map, use the reference below to help you find them.




• The list is in alphabetical order and not by order of appearance.




• If you found all the gems, just skip to the next section.

ART MUSEUM – VICTORIAN EXHIBIT (FIRST SCENE)

• The red gem is on the red carpet.




• The other red gem is on the top right side of the ceiling.

ART MUSEUM (SECOND SCENE)

• The pink gem is on the upper left side of the wall.




• The other pink gem is on the chandelier.

ASIA – OUTSIDE TENT

• The purple gem is on the top left side of the scene, it is on the tent.




• The green gem sits on the green cloth that is on the cart in the lower right side of the scene.

ASIA – INSIDE TENT

• The blue gem is on the lower right side of the scene, next to the table.




• The purple gem is on the top right side of the scene, on the red tassel.

CASTLE IN GERMANY (INSIDE)

• Pick up the green gem that is on the long golden candelabra on the right side of the floor.

CASTLE IN GERMANY (OUTSIDE)

• Pick up the blue gem that is on the lower left side of the scene. It is on the shield that is on the floor.

EGYPT (DISTANT HALL)

• The pink gem is on the left pillar.

EGYPT (INSIDE TEMPLE)

• The pink gem is in the lower left side of the temple.




• The other pink gem is in the upper left side of the temple.

EGYPT (OUTSIDE)

• The pink gem is on the right side of the scene, on the last pillar.




• The other pink gem is on top of the pillar on the left.

FIRE WORSHIPPER’S SECT (OUTSIDE)

• The blue gem is on the lower right side of the scene. It is on top of the skulls.




• The purple gem is on the top right side of the building.

FIRE WORSHIPPER’S SECT (UNDERGROUND)

• The purple gem is located on the gold statue that is on the mantle in the center of the scene.




• The blue gem is located in the lower left side of the scene.

FORTUNETELLER’S HOUSE (INSIDE)

• The green gem is located on the right side of the scene. It is on the shelf that is close to the right side of the table.

FORTUNETELLER’S HOUSE (OUTSIDE)

• Pick up the green gem that is in the lower left side of the scene. It blends in with the grass.

GOLDEN DRAGON PALACE (INSIDE)

• The green gem is located on the dragon’s tail.

GOLDEN DRAGON PALACE (OUTSIDE)

• The green gem is on the top right side of the scene, it is above the palace. The gem blends in with the leaves.

LABYRINTH (INSIDE)

• The purple gem is on the top right side of the wall.




• The light blue gem is on the far right side of the back wall.

LABYRINTH (OUTSIDE)

• The blue gem is in the upper right side of the scene.




• There is another blue gem on the left side of the wall, to the right of the large statue. It blends in with the blue part of the wall.

MASON (INSIDE)

• The dark blue gem is on the left side of the back wall.




• The other dark gem is in the top center of the back wall.

MASON (OUTSIDE)

• The dark blue gem is on the round window of the building.




• The other dark blue gem is on the left side of the ground.

MAYAN OBSERVATORY

• The light blue gem is in the lower center of the scene.

MAYA (OUTSIDE)

• The 2 red jewels are on the 2 red statues that are on the left side of the scene.

PEARL DIVER’S HUT (INSIDE)

• The light blue gem is on top of the wooden shelf on the right side of the room.




• The dark blue gem is on the small stool that is close to the round table.

PEARL DIVER’S HUT (OUTSIDE)

• The blue gem is in the top left side of the scene.




• The other blue gem is in the top right side of the scene.

TIBETAN MONSATERY (OUTSIDE)

• The bird shows you the location of the green gem which is on the tip of the golden dragon’s nose.

TIBETAN MONASTERY (INSIDE)

• The blue gem is on the top right side of the scene. It is above the statue on the right.

VENICE (OUTSIDE)

• The blue gem is on the left side of the scene, on the wall.




• The pink gem is on the far left side, it is on the red building.

VENICE (ROOM)

• The dark blue gem is in the lower right side of the scene.




• Lavender gem is on the chandelier.

WIZARD’S HOUSE (INSIDE)

• The light blue gem is on the far left side of the back wall.




• The pink gem is on the red chair that is on the left side of the room.

WIZARD’S HOUSE (OUTSIDE)

• The light blue gem is in the top left side of the scene, it blends in with the sky.




• The red gem is against the side of the red carriage, close to the window.

FINAL SCENE – COLLECT ALL THE FRAGMENTS

• Once you find all the gems you can move on to the last section of the game.




• Collect all the fragmented pieces around the scene. Some are visible and others are not.




• There are four hollow spots in this scene. All the hollow spots are shown in yellow in the screenshot.

PLACING THE STONES

• Once all the pieces have been collected, you have to place them in the right slots on the back wall.




• Match up the color of the plates with the color of the spots.




• The piece with the red gem goes in the center.




• Once all the gems are in place, they will shine a light on the dragon that is on the left side of the page.




• Click on the stone that appears inside its mouth to end the game.
